Jolene Duggan, LICSW

Jolene Duggan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who earned her master’s degree from Salem State University in 2007. She brings extensive experience to Shepard Therapy Associates, having spent 16 years working with military veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs, followed by nearly a decade in private practice, helping adults heal from trauma.

Clients often describe Jolene as straightforward, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Jolene believes therapy can help people learn coping tools they were never taught growing up, and begin to feel less stuck and more connected in their lives.
